Notes:
Hardware Warranty:Yealink MS Video products include a default 2-year hardware warranty.
Customers can enjoy an equivalent hardware warranty service period when PrimeCare Service is active, but the total hardware warranty period cannot exceed 5 years.

PrimeCare Applicability:
PrimeCare for MVC SKU is only applicable to MVC bundles with MCore Pro PC (C3/C4/C5 Kits).
PrimeCare for BYOD Room is applicable to meeting rooms equipped with UVC34/UVC40/S40/UVC84/UVC86/AV-Hub.
Coverage:
PrimeCare only covers products and accessories with a serial number.
Consumables such as cables, batteries, or mounting kits are not included in PrimeCare’s scope of service.
